WELCOME TO SHADOW MOUNTAIN RECREATION PARK
Our community is located in Grand Lake on the shores of Shadow Mountain Lake. The SMLRP also includes a clubhouse, marina, two lakeside firepits and fishing points.
Our community is a corporation comprised of 24 shareholders that own, maintain and manage the park. The site is located on the old El Navajo Lodge and Trailer Park.
SMLRP is managed by an all-volunteer Board composed of 5 unit owners. Members of the Board are elected for a two-year term at the SMLRP annual meeting.
